Because mobile appointments require reserved travel time, please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Appointments must be confirmed before travel begins. Appointments over 25 miles one-way require a 50% deposit, which will be applied to the total invoice. If an appointment is canceled after travel has started, applicable travel charges may apply.

Typically, we aim to get back to clients within 2 hours. If it is an urgent request, please indicate so on the appointment request form and we will do everything we can to get back to you sooner.

Pricing depends on the number and type of notarizations required and the details of the appointment. For mobile appointments, a travel fee based on location may also apply. All applicable notary fees and travel charges will be communicated and agreed upon before the appointment is confirmed.

If you are unsure, wait to sign until the appointment. Some notarial acts require signing in the notary’s presence, while others do not. The organization that provided the document can tell you what type of notarization it requires.
Please do not date your documents prior to notarization.
-
No. A notary cannot choose a notarial act for you or provide legal advice. If your document does not specify what is required, contact the attorney, lender, title company, government agency, or other organization requesting the notarized document.
-
Yes. A family member, caregiver, attorney, facility representative, or other person may coordinate an appointment. A third party can arrange an appointment, but the actual signer (principal) must agree to the mileage charge. The actual signer must still be present and satisfy all applicable requirements for the notarization.
-
A notarization may not be able to proceed if required identification is unavailable, the signer cannot personally participate, the signer appears unwilling or unable to understand the transaction, the document is incomplete in a way that prevents notarization, or other legal requirements cannot be met.
-
Unfortunately a notary cannot notarize and witness the same document.
